Seven Stars

Seven Stars resort on Grace Bay, Providenciales Turks and Caicos incorporates three number seven storey tower blocks plus a sub-surface basement carpark and starage facility. The building was designed with traditional flat slabs and drops at column heads to deal with punching shear. Elevator shafts, stairwells and strategic shear walls were utlizied to resist lateral loads.
